The evidence layer behind defensible pharmaceutical IP positions

Patent evidence is rarely difficult to find because too little information exists. The problem is deciding which documents matter, how they relate to a pharmaceutical product and whether the resulting analysis can withstand examination, opposition, litigation or policy review.
